Q: What will happen to me while at Discovery Place?
A:You will work the 12 steps of AA with Guides who have worked the
steps themselves. You will live in a pleasant place with other men who
are going through what you are. You'll see family on weekends, if they
choose to participate in our Family Program. You will go to lots of AA
meetings in the Nashville area and meet other people in recovery who
will support you in your effort to recover.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Please see our What to Bring? page.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: No, we are not a medical facility.
Q: How long is your program?
A: 30 days, if our guest is in need of a longer stay, we will work with them.
Q: How many men are there, and what is the minimum age?
A: Our maximum capacity is 24 men. 18 and older.
